Charity: I am a mother of 3.5. (The .5 is due in May) I have been interested in fitness and nutrition for as long as I can remember. I became a certified trainer about 5 years ago. I worked in a health club for a couple of years before opening my own studio--Action Fitness. My philosophy is moderation. I'm not perfect so my nutrition and workouts are not always perfect, but some is better then none, and quitting is not an option. I always do my best to set a good example for my kids because I want them to grow up with a healthy attitude about health and fitness. I try to share these same attitudes with my clients and encourage them to integrate fitness into their everyday lifestyle. I think that healthy parents make healthy kids. It is my objective to make fitness and healthy eating accessible to everyone regardless of income.
